Sertify is an online based electronic signature software as a service that allows parties to sign legally binding documents very quickly and easily. The amount of time, money and energy saved by using this type of digital signature service is considerable. You can put an end to human delays and mis-communication in the process. No more printing, physically obtaining a wet signature and scanning and emailing or faxing to get a single document signed. Save on printer maintenance and paper costs too. The savings by use of this software are real but the best aspect is that it helps you to close deals quicker. And helps sales reps move from one client to the next much more efficiently. My first impression of Sertify was very good. The dashboard is very simple and intuitive to use. In fact it doesn't get much simpler than this. There are contracting routing, reporting and notification features in addition to the ability to upload and send documents to any email address in a matter of moments. There are some cool integrations available for Sertify including Salesforce, LOOP for Salesforce and Conga Composer which is also for SalesForce. As well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Custom CRM integrations are possible with their enterprise level plan in which you are asked to contact their sales team to receive custom pricing.

I've read reports that sometimes confirmations are received by the signing parties. This would bother me because it's a nice peace of mind to know this feature is reliable and that it's okay to fully move forward and not stress at all that the signing process was completed professionally with a confirmation indicating so. There are no pre-made contracts or documents to help save time should you need one to complete quickly. This feature can be found in several competing similar software solutions. It would be great if Sertify was native integrated with other CRM's other than just SalesForce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The pricing includes a free limited time trial for testing purposes and paid plans start at $150 per month and $250 per month before you are to contact them for custom CRM integrations and pricing. The price is per organization though which I can appreciate so these prices are for multiple users. I've read there is a $20 per user plan but I don't see this on their website currently. I appreciate this company is targeting mid-size to enterprise size businesses as their market. Though I believe they are missing out on a potentially huge market that has yet to come onboard for the most part to this software as a service without having a small business plan that is competitive with other versions of this same type of digital signature service available else where.

I believe any company using an electronic signature service to complete documents and contracts is way ahead of the game. It's no small thing to read a review where a company saves over one hundred hours per month by using this service. It's much more environmentally friendly than the paper process so if you're able to leverage this information it gets you even further ahead. And I like that's native integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as SalesForce so at least it's not SalesForce only.
