What was the best part about using Serenic Navigator?

Serenic Navigator features a very beautiful user interface that reminds me a lot of the one found in Microsoft Office tools (versions 2007 and 2010, if I'm not mistaken). It's very pretty, and it offers a lot for nonprofit organizations! I think it's one of the best ones on the market, although it does lack consistency...

What would you change about your experience with Serenic Navigator?

Serenic Navigator is not the most responsive platform out there, and that's just my statement. Just the fact that successfully contacting the support team is a challenge of its own is not that encouraging. I honestly think they can perform better - they simply have to! It's a shame for such a decent platform.

Overall Feedback

Serenic Navigator does an incredible job at providing a good and functional fund accounting, budgeting, and nonprofit software. It's good for everything! I would like to recommend it to everyone, but make sure you don't face technical issues, because solving them will take a while.
