I appreciated their SEO process and methodology along with their technical SEO and advanced capabilities mentioned such as conversion analysis and Google recovery. There were multiple positive client testimonials on their site which I appreciated. Their SEO Woorank was sixty two out of one hundred which was fair but lower than the average of about seventy five. The lowest was thirty six and the highest was ninety two during my research. Though I liked seeing companies that led by example using their own services it could have been much worse certainly.

They were not in the Better Business Bureau which would help create facilitate trust in prospects who are doing their due diligence. They were not Google Partner or certified otherwise which helps to verify their expertise. Their Portfolio was quite good but compared to their competition they lacked case studies with performance metrics to help verify SEO client success stories. They didn't have an SSL certificate, for an example of a current SEO best practice which Google mentioned is a definite ranking factor nowadays that they were not in compliance in regards to. It made me wonder if they can afford to purchase one, or were they simply not aware of the latest SEO best practices. There was a coding error on their Social Media Marketing page stating 'Pricing table with a Table ID / Post ID of "socialmedia" is not defined.' which didn't indicate an excellent attention to detail for a company offering web design as a professional service. Not a major issue as long as this is not transferred to their client projects.

Despite not having met certain presales criteria met I didn't want to make any judgments before learning more about their service, so I reached out to learn more from one of their representatives directly and gain a quote. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from this company. I had mistakenly removed one caller voice mail during this period and if what this company I apologize. Though when I double checked my email account there was no record of their follow up, and if I missed a call it would still be pertinent to follow up via email, in my opinion. However, there were a lot of positive things about this company and I believe if you can get in contact with them, perhaps they will be a good fit for your SEO project.
