This was a company specializing in digital marketing services including search engine optimization I had contacted to learn more about their offer. There are several case studies available on their website and most of them have very strong statistics to back their clients campaigns. More so than the others I've researched so far in terms of numbers anyhow. And they are Google Partner certified which I appreciate from any company offering pay per click advertising services. Their client list is among the more impressive if not the most impressive that I have seen during my research.

This company is not listed or accredited in the Better Business Bureau which is the easiest way to create trust in a prospect externally of their site. The fact they abandoned their blog in 2013 is not a major deal perhaps they just don't have time. Though from a prospects point of view does this indicate that their content marketing wasn't effective for their own business? I'm just curious. I also like to learn from industry leaders and their blogs but two year old content can't be as helpful as the industry changes a lot so I'll stick to learning from more current alternatives.

I'm would have been happy to listen to their pitch based on their great reputation. During the presales process of my research I was quite impressed by their presales strategy and their marquee clients especially. But wanted to learn more about their current SEO knowledge, responsiveness, pricing and guarantee in order to choose the best SEO provider for our new start up based in the retail ecommerce industry. Unfortunately, unless I am mistaken and missed a voicemail from them I don't believe this company responded to my request for more information or a proposal. I searched my email for several variations of their company with no success. And I can understand that our company would be a small fish compared to the clients this company already has but it would have been nice to hear that upfront and not be left hanging, unless I am responsible for this miscommunication somehow and if so I apologize. Therefore I didn't have a direct experience with these guys but based on the outstanding clients and case studies I believe this company is worth learning more about whether they are the best fit for your business, though if you are a start up or small business you may not hear back. They have a lot of amazing things going on in the digital marketing space so perhaps we can circle around one day when we've scaled up and try to get ahold of them again.
