SEO Acuity

This was one of the companies I had surveyed for our ecommerce based search engine optimization project though were interested in other services as well. There were several case studies with page one rankings which I was able to verify which were current and I appreciated seeing a lot. There was some decent content on the site referencing white hat methods and the fact there are over two hundred search engine variables to consider which was good to note.

They were listed in the Better Business Bureau which I appreciated, however there was a single complaint which was unresolved. One complaint is nothing to be concerned with in itself perhaps if it is resolved otherwise it's only logical that the perception of this by a prospect is a red flag. Unfortunately I was unable to find positive reviews from current clients elsewhere online. They had a SEO Woorank of fifty three out of one hundred which was on the lower of results during my research into several dozen companies with the low of thirty nine and high of ninety two. I liked to see that a company offering SEO was leading by example by utilizing their own services which helped to verify credibility in my opinion. While it's not a deal breaker as long as their clients are getting results of course. For example they had thirty backlinks to their site when I checked which as a first impression as a prospect isn't great for a company specializing at this. There was no privacy policy or terms and conditions generally found in the footer of a website which are legal requirements and which are valid SEO factors. There was no activity on their Facebook page since 2012 so this didn't indicate that they were currently active in my opinion. They were not Google Partner certified which I liked to see in a company offering pay per click services.

Despite lacking transparency and other important presales criteria missing the current rankings for their clients provided was enough to convince me to give the benefit of the doubt and reach out to learn more directly. The contact submission didn't appear to complete as it lead to a blank white screen, so I resubmitted and hope that my information was passed along. Unfortunately there was no response from them at all, so either they didn't receive my response or we were not the best fit. Regardless, there was a lot of good things going on but compared with their competition they lacked transparency, attention to detail of their own sales funnel with the website submit form error and responsiveness so I cannot currently recommend them. Though perhaps you may get through and they will be a great fit for your company.
