Sentrifugo

My company wanted to move to a system that was automated, integrated and efficient so we moved on to Sentrifugo. There customer service has been absolutely fantastic during the implementation process. Our company just moved out of implementation and our HR manager is new, but is one of my favorite parts of Sentrifugo. We also love the self service & time management.

Would like to see a little more customization of Sentrifugo. We were not able to change the colors, the dashboard layout, etc. The dashboard included company announcements, birthday and work anniversaries, helpful links, etc. The reporting section of sentrifugo isn't great because there is no customization after you've created the report. The user interface was much nicer so I would just suggest some enhancements in that area.

Sentrifugo need to streamline the hiring process. It's easier and quicker than having to have the applicants come sit and fill out paper and then come back again everything can be done without the person ever having to come to the office. Our goal, as I stated before, is to eliminate manual processes. Sentrifugo solved this problem for us in a lot of ways.
