What was the best part about using SendinBlue?

This platform is specifically for automation of email marketing and comes with an effective deployment scope and economically allows the industry user manage tasks such as designs as well as distribution of important information. The SendinBlue comes with very timely and accurate campaign statistics, and it reporting features is exceptional. Most effective of its tools is the list management and transactional email configurations as well as its ability to generate specialized HTML emails.

What would you change about your experience with SendinBlue?

I believe the UI would welcome some useful upgrade while the customer support is quite slow and could be strengthened. The SendinBlue responsive templates should have had a click to call function added to it to improve functionality. It used to have a complicated navigation where users can’t figure out why the logo isn’t on a separate space but I am certain the software vendors must have rectified that. Grammar function on the site is usually incorrect while the interface needs much improvements if that has not already been done.

Overall Feedback

I like the SendinBlue simply because it a low cost efficient solution platform for either the large or mid- size businesses. The SendinBlue is very effective in communicating with customers and comes with a friendly interface. The user interface is well structured that it brings no form of interference and it has very good reporting features. Price is very competitive and open to every industry user due to its flexibility
