SendInBlue is an email marketing service that has a great free forever plan. I like how they outright compare themselves with MailChimp clearly in order to help point to the overall value in their offer. Which is good there is a lot of useful basic features and functionality available in your account. The user interface is simple to use and easy to learn. It leads you through your campaign setup until it gets fully completed which is helpful. I like the drag and drop technology in the email editor that's terrific. Certainly makes creating with this software more enjoyable and easy to do. You don't have to need to know how to code which is the main benefit when you think about it. The amount of automation offered in good email marketing services is valuable in terms of saving time with a streamlined workflow and SendInBlue does a good job of it. I like that you can personalize your emails and preview them prior to sending as well which are both key feature available across email services to be considered. There are smart targeting options which help as well such as dynamic list updating which help you connect your audience automatically. With advanced search features like segmenting, filtering and sorting and customizable contact forms. I like that you can import contacts which makes it easy to transfer your list into it and test. But it also has you realize that MailChimp and Aweber for example, do not allow this and the minimize the risk of having free email service abusers send spam while doing so. Yes it's still worth testing and a lot of the deliverability rates have to do with your quality of list, email headline, content and compliance to CAN-SPAM as well, so you have a lot more control of the process then one might assume if you haven't done your due diligence. It's a very mobile platform so that's important to note. You can import and use your own HTML which is cool. The unlimited contacts is outstanding and is usually a limiting factor amongst their competition. The ability to add attributes is good too making this more of a customer relationship manager than other email providers solutions. Transactional emails are possible as well allowing you to send and receive secure invoices. The autoresponders have trigger based events and the reporting is quite good you can track a few helpful metrics though I would supplement most email tracking with additional third party just to help cross analyze data and deliverability.

The only thing about email service is the deliverability. And while they may stack up against MailChimp side by side which is terrific, the true test is by how many emails land in the person's inbox which you are trying to reach. And while I am doing this research into the best possible email marketing services available this remains the only challenging aspect in my opinion. Perhaps I am more willing to accept a new email service more easily when they have features which help your email deliverability rates such as Robly with their AI, OpenGen and IntelliSet technologies which are really outstanding. Other than this, the reason I will give SendInBlue a shot is because of their free plan which I appreciate. And there will be close analytics reporting from a third party enabled to help learn more about our actually campaigns.

In their side by side comparison with another free email service provider which is very popular MailChimp they win with more features overall and there free plan allows you to send more emails. The paid plans are very reasonable as well they are much more cost effective than most email providers for the same number of emails sent. Actually to be able to send up to forty thousand emails per month for under eight dollars Canadian is very good. The price I usually compare is the number for fifty thousand emails sent per month which generally runs about $150-250 USD per month. It's currently $42 Canadian per month for one hundred and twenty thousand email sent to unlimited contacts which is excellent.
