Sendible is a social media management tool which allows you to utilize various aspects of your social activity from a single dashboard. It acts as a CRM of sort where you can store contact information. A reputation management tool to monitor brand mentions on social channels and across the web. You can publish content to Facebook and Twitter while scheduling posts in advance which is a nice time saver. You can also utilize analytics reporting to gain insight into overall activity from your account. There is a free trial available with a credit card. I am testing their $499 per month account. There are many useful integrations available across the board for all of their paid plans. But the amount of these you can these you can integrate in your account at once varies. It's thirty for their basic paid plan at $59 per month. And three hundred and sixty for their most expensive plan. It's easy to integrate social platforms and apps into your account. It worked seamlessly for me when doing so with LinkedIn and Facebook so far. I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality of integrations possible. It's the most comprehensive I've come across in my research of other similar software in this market. The user interface is very simple to learn and use. The reporting is very robust and there are over two hundred modules available. I really like the visual reporting. The analytics are very easy to understand and provide some data I've not seen in other similar systems yet such as a pie chart with the amount of positive, negative and neutral brand mentions when I did a search online. You can also integrate Google Analytics to measure location, page visits and amount of time spent reading and so much more. There is an automation feature I like where it will prioritize client or customer engagement by analyzing and then highlight the comments, posts and messages for you. That's cool. There is nice mobile access for this software with dedicated apps for Android and iPhone. I like the interactive team calendar feature which allows you to delegate tasks, approve posts, share prospect data and assign workflows. I've not had to test customer service yet for any reason but by several accounts in my research it is very good.

There would be a learning curve to this software. Not so much in that it's functionality is difficult to learn, it's not. I mean when creating workflows and ensuring they are as efficient as possible. There's simply a lot of data to utilize and there would be an investment in time to learn best practices and also which aspects work best for your company situation in order to prioritize and scale up. It would nice to schedule video or multiple images across multiple platforms. It would also be nice if you could print out the calendar easily from the dashboard. And it would be great if this software connected to more Google tools like Gmail or Docs. I also think software services like this would greatly benefit with a content curation module built into their software. I'm surprised it's not included with this and other similar social softwares I've been trying recently.

There are a lot of ways to ensure an ROI with this platform. But it seems like it is best as a responsive tool not a selling tool. You can post messages to social networks with promotions and store contact info like in a CRM but it doesn't allow you to close deals from within the account. But what Sensible does it seems to do very well with a lot of useful integrations available.
