This is a email marketing service provider we had considered for our campaigns recently. There have been many updates since I last was interested in this service several years ago including email for marketing. You can create lists and segment them further according to various qualifications and follow up needs. The editor is WYSIWYG and has drag and drop technology which is by far the easiest to deal with. You can do six variation split testing for subject lines as well as content and winners can be chosen based on opens or clicks. Or you can do this manually. There is an image library as well which is good. Your dashboard is relatively easy to learn and intuitive to use. The analytic reporting is solid. You can track clicks, opens, spam, bounces, deliveries, sends and more which is quite standard. There is also geographic data, devices used, ISP and other useful metrics along with trigger notifications and alerts. 24/7 support is another solid piece of value. There are Android and iPhone apps to use with this software as well which you can use to view statistics, manage your lists and export or share reports as well which is good.

Editing the templates is not the easiest task if you only have basic HTML knowledge. A developer may be required to optimize your custom template if not. The subuser management would be a bit tricky to learn to implement. While integrating the API would require a developer as well. There are AI and OpenGen technologies included with an email provider called Robly which I have not seen anywhere else and something like these would certainly help to differentiate it from their competition further.

I like that you can consolidate transactional and marketing campaigns in a central system. To be honest I have implemented their marketing email service on any scale of note yet but by quite a few accounts during my research the deliverability is quite good which is the most significant factor in our decision. The white label feature is one of the strongest features which allows you to use your own domain for your campaigns which is great and helps to facilitate trust in your brand. Pricing is very good compared to their competition coming in substantially less than most other standard email service providers. And you can get going with several thousand emails included in their free plan so there is nothing to lose and I certainly recommend checking it out to see if it's the best fit for your company.
