It allows you to connect and publish content to many more social media sites than their competitors including blogs, links, and social bookmarking sites. It's an impressive list and goes far beyond any others I have researched thus far. There is a thorough tour of your account upon initially logging in and can be re-enabled if you need another look in order to learn the features in your account. The engage feature allows you to monitor activity on your social media channels. Including reading and responding to messages, organizing campaigns, add social channels and manage your tasks. You can create messages for your social media channels and email mailing lists as well in the compose feature. The settings enable you to manage your preferences easily. The monitoring feature detects positive, negative and neutral signals. Social posts are easy to create and schedule. There is an internal communication tool and notifications as well. The user interface is relatively user friendly and easy to learn. There is a choice between Latest and Classic dashboards. There are several useful apps which I had not seen in other social media marketing software. The Facebook page loader can import multiple FB pages and an auto moderator app can remove posts or comments from your FB pages which contain the keywords of your choice. There are three Twitter apps; one which will automatically send replies to people who mention specific keywords, another will automatically retweet tweets based on your keywords, and the third automatically sends messages to your new followers which are great features. You can also integrate RSS feeds and Slack team messaging app.

I would like to see an additional lower level plan with perhaps twenty five profiles for perhaps twenty dollars per month. As a start-up company this still exceeds the number of social media account profiles we have to utilize, so jumping into their current lowest plan has it seem like it wouldn't be utilized fully until we scaled up. I actually prefer their classic version of your dashboard available as it has all labels rather than icons and a bit better overview of your account on the main page, though I wish both were fluid and utilized the full space available in your browser. The classic dashboard at the full width of the screen would be the most user friendly in my opinion. Though this is a minor issue as it's still very easy to work with regardless of your choice of dashboard.

I really appreciate the inclusive pricing of this software. All of the features are included across their paid plans and vary according to the number of profiles with unlimited contacts, reports, and groups. This is a far more impressive social media marketing and monitoring software than any other I have found during my research, including the current most popular. They have social media publishing, monitoring, automation, and the list of the social channels it includes is far larger than any other. It's a paid platform with a free fourteen day trial if you sign up through Paypal which I didn't mind doing. As a start up company, if it wasn't for one other platform which includes all of the major networks we need to focus in their free forever plan this would be our immediate choice. Though I plan to circle around and take advantage of this software for our social media marketing moving forward as we scale up, and highly recommend it to others.
