What was the best part about using Sellsy?
This was an all-in-one business platform which provides tools owners need to run a company. It's a CRM and so much more. Sellsy provides invoicing, team management, time tracker, inventory management, POS system and support desk solution. Sellsy connects to most mobile devices including tablets, PC and MAC. This software provides users with a complete Point-of-sale system with smart cash register. You can use your own gear or choose from their products such as receipt printer and bar codes scanner. And would be possible to sync inventory between ecommerce and POS as well as monitor real-time sales as well as understand your business financially at any point with this integrated platform. You can create records of my clients from my POS without the hassle of complicating records as it all works together. While tracking prospects in our sales funnel until they reach the POS with the connected CRM. You can collect leads from websites or a connected POS system. All of which are connected to our task and email management through the sales pipeline. You can integrate Wordpress easily enough though it integrates with Drupal and Prestashop too. There are actually visual indicators that show how the action we take with prospects is affecting our bottom line. This is quite a unique feature. And the sales pipeline interface is drag and drop and works well which is always good for moving prospects along. I found the invoicing capabilities to be quite unique. It's nice as a small business to be able to easily create totally professional branded proposals and invoicing. It's possible to create a lot of different documents actually such as estimates, credit note, delivery details and orders. And set up recurring invoices or payment reminders and automate this. I like this time tracking feature a lot as well. Tracking employees and billable hours are essential and this tool allows us to import data seamlessly into invoices and bill clients based directly spent on specific projects. Tracking features are available on their mobile app and online. You could utilize their API as an open solution. And it supports a growing number of third party integrations such as Gmail, Google Apps. And CRM add-ons as well as ecommerce integrations with services like Dropbox, Wordpress, Drupal, MailChimp, Joomla and Mailjet.
What would you change about your experience with Sellsy?
In the email area, I cannot see a reply to all function. This is a simple function which should be included. Tracking delivery of emails received and opened did not seem accurate by some accounts. Events in Google calendar could not be linked to time tracking within Sellsy. With so many features it would take some time to learn. That's to be expected. Overall, the interface is very well set up with everything available for the next step within easy viewing.
Overall Feedback
I like that Sellsy is so comprehensive. I've not seen such a unique set of components available all in one such as this before. It can help keep track of real time profits, sync inventory between ecommerce and POS, a support desk, invoicing and track time for tasks. And so much more. Sellsy has tremendous value for small to medium size businesses which want to find an all-in-one solution. I find the pricing to be fair considering the functionality.
