The aspect that I consider more relevant for Seas Achieve is the amount of paperwork that is automated and which automatically translates into time being saved and then devoted to the real role of educators: teaching! This is something that students can be thankful for, because wasting time in administrative tasks is definitively a burden.

Transition can be a little bit difficult. It will depend on how integrated the previous system was, since Seas Achieve offers the possibility of having multiple resources and services in the same platform. If these services were ran previously in different products the staff may have a hard time readjusting to the new system.

The system works smoothly and offers high levels of integration, flexibility and customization so that it pleases a broad audience. For this reason it is used in more than 1200 districts in the United States. The integration of Medicaid reimbursements is also a plus that very few other products offer.
