This was a comprehensive digital marketing agency we attempted to contact which offers a solid variety of services from CRM integration, ecommerce and web design to email marketing, search engine optimization, social media marketing and content creation. I sought their help with search engine optimization for our retail and ecommerce start up and am looking to evaluate several pre-sales factors in order to determine our best SEO provider. They were currently listed in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the previous three years which was nice to see from a significant source external to their site. I liked their core message as well as their process and methodology in regards to search engine optimization. There were three case studies available on the website with campaign key performance indicators which was great.I appreciated that they keep a current blog updated because I love learning from industry leaders and it indicated that they are staying on the leading edge of their industry. And I did some positive reviews about their company elsewhere online.

But when I initially visited each of them; one called Golen Engine stated that it's 'Case Study Coming Soon'. A second syamsoftware.com lead to a DNS error when you click to view the actual website the case study is referring to. And the third took almost fifteen seconds to load in my browser which is not optimal beyond two to four seconds or so in my opinion, ideally. So I didn't understand how they could leave this to be the case. But to their credit when I returned a few days later the two case studies with errors were working fine.

I loved the design of this site including usability and ease of navigation which I appreciate as a designer and digital specialist. They had a great process and methodology laid out for each of their services. However, unless their voicemail was one of three voicemails I mistakenly deleted around that time, as I was learning Android for the first time on my new smartphone, I don't believe they followed up my request for more information. I search my email manually within a few days of using their contact form using a few variations of the company name to be certain and didn't see anything at all. And was careful not to delete important emails during this research phase. Perhaps there was a miscommunication or a glitch in their system based on the errors I witnessed at the time. Unfortunately, we had narrowed down our choices meanwhile. However, I believe this is a professional company I would recommend considering reaching to contact them directly for your business needs as they met nearly all of my presales criteria.
