Search Optimal

This was a digital marketing company which came to me quite highly recommended through a top source online. So I reached out to learn how they differentiated themselves from their competition which were also quite highly rated as well. They offered search engine optimization, pay per click advertising management and social media marketing which was exactly the campaign we wanted to implement for our start up in the near future. They had a solid amount of educational content on their site to help inform prospects. The site redirects to their main site which seems to have many of the same services though there is a portfolio there which I appreciated seeing. They appear to have several clients a couple of recognized brands which helps their credibility. They were also Google Partner certified and Bing ads certified which I was able to verify and that's what we were looking for in a PPC partner. The Woorank SEO score for Search Optimal was on the lower end of the sixties so that wasn't a great first impression, though I believe this site is designed to lead to their main site which does have an excellent score of about eighty. This indicated to me that the company practices what they are offering on their own business and I appreciate seeing it.

I wasn't able to verify a listing or accreditation in the Better Business Bureau for either SearchOptimal.com or their B3net.com site. This in my opinion is the single fastest way to facilitate trust in any company externally from a prospects point of view. I would like to see more verifiable performance metrics in their case studies. This proof offered up front can only help the prospect trust the company faster and several of their competition provide this on their website as part of their presales strategy.

The company is undoubtedly professional and pass almost all of my presales criteria so I was happy to reach out to learn more directly. Unfortunately there was no response through their online submit form. I missed three calls and mistakenly deleted these voicemails from my new smartphone while learning Android for the first time and if so then my apologies. Otherwise, there wasn't an email in my inbox from them and a follow in this regard even if I missed their voicemail would have been nice. I also had a difficulty finding any reviews of their company elsewhere online. So the lack of a BBB listing, positive reviews and no response makes it difficult to recommend this company.
