This was a full service digital marketing agency I had contacted for our integrated marketing campaign. They were offering online advertising including both display and pay per click advertising, social media marketing, search engine optimization and analytic tracking. So I contacted them in order to learn more. I liked that they were rated A+ in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the previous three years which I was able to verify so that's always good news. They are certified as well by Google and Microsoft Bing in particular which is also good. They have a very active blog with a lot of valuable content which I appreciate. I really like that they are proactively helping causes such as non-profits to obtain Google grants. Obviously it's in their best interest but it also helps non-profits greatly as well, which we are not, but I forwarded this information to someone I know running a non-profit and they appreciated this. There had three solid case studies available for their services which helps but they don't go into great depth or provide performance metrics. And there are several excellent testimonials provided by their clients which is great to see, but none based on successful PPC adverstising campaigns at the moment. Along with great references by industry folks who recommend their SEO services.

The content on the site besides the blog is somewhat thin in my opinion. They offer very general overviews which I can appreciate but I wasn't convinved their current SEO knowledge is more advanced then their competition while I was doing this current research into the best rated companies I could find. Mentioning knowledge of negative SEO or ecommerce based SEO process and methodologies would go a long way to help differeniate their service from others, for example. They have three case studies on their website but none of them are regarding pay per click or display advertising so it would be helpful to prospects to see them from various services offered. I don't see guaranteed work available currently.

I was wanting to learn what differentiates the top rated companies in the world and best for our project. This company had a lot of good things including a great rating in the BBB, case studies and testimonials on the site. But they are only middle of the pack in terms of pre-sales materials and resources otherwise though it's all about results at the end of the day I acknowledge. I had received a very quick response from Alex which I appreciated. And during the time we were about to connect on the phone I had to dedicate a couple of days to getting our website back online so I apologize for the disconnect. By the time we had it back online our decision had been narrowed down considerably already so I did not feel the need to follow up again. Though wanted to mention I believe this company is legitimate based on their solid BBB rating and other presales criteria.
