Search Engine Partner

This was a digital marketing agency that I contacted recently to learn more about their offer and whether they were the best fit for our business. We are an ecommerce retail startup with a unique product so I was curious about their unique value proposition as well to learn why they are highly rated on a top seo review site comparatively speaking with regards to their competition. I liked that they listed several of their reputable competition on the site while mentioning that they will beat any of their proposals by twenty five percent. That's a pretty big discount and I appreciate it though it does make a prospect wonder what their profit margin is to be honest. They are listed in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the previous three years which was great to see. Their Woorank score was roughly ten points lower than the average with a score of sixty four. The average was seventy five with the highest among several dozen companies which I looked at for our business was ninety and the lowest thirty nine, so it is acceptable but not a great leading example.

I appreciate that there are case studies available but the metrics provided are from 2010 from what I saw. And having knowledge of the industry myself it's tough to consider these as any indicator of current success as the algorithms have changed so much since then. They were not currently Google Partner certified when checking google.com/partners though it would be nice to see from a pay per click advertising management provider as we were considering this service as well. Especially considering they claim to be certified by the logo in the footer of their website.

I have bumped into a few companies during this research which claimed to be Google Partner or SEMPO certified when they are in fact not. At first there could be a reason such as the person leaving the company which was certified and has yet to be replaced. But to keep this logo stating you are authorized partners of Google when you're not unfortunately lives up to the industry cliche that dishonest tactics are rampant perhaps because it's true. Yet despite this and an expired website security certificate in which I had to pass a warning screen to enter their submit form page, I gave this company the benefit of the doubt in order to learn more directly. Not surprisingly I did not receive a response from them at all either by phone or via email. And when searching for further reviews of their company the only one I could find was in the Rip Off Report from 2010 so with the dishonest certifications and lack of a response to clarify my perspective otherwise I cannot honestly recommend this company currently.
