The interface on the administrator's side is a little clunky. It is hard to use at first but once you get used to it, everything will run fast and smoothly between you and the software. There are bugs and glitches around it but nothing really major, and if there is one, the support team will fix it as soon as they get the report.

Overall, Scriptsoft offers functionalities that can be seen on others and with simplistic design interface. It is easy to use but in the admin's panel, it is still a little complicated that you need to get used to it first before having a good process. The support team is responsive and the software itself is great.
