SCRIM

The best part was end user uptake as the software requires very minimal to no training. The end user feed back was very positive. As SCRIM is part of Microsoft's Dynamics suite of products it looks and works pretty much the same as all other Microsoft software such as Outlook, Excel and Word. It also comes with free phone and tablet applications for Android, iOS and Windows (Surface) which will automatically switch to offline mode when no network is available.

The product is considerably easier to use than other software we had been using which made it somewhat frustrating for users of the old system once they learned about SCRIM. That we did not know about it any sooner and had tried several other systems including a custom build one before we learned of SCRIM.

It took us exactly 2 weeks to configure the system to our business needs, get all historic data in and set the users up. We went live after 10 business days and after only 1 hour of online training/instruction which is the fastest we have ever been able to roll out a system. The support team is based in Australia with representatives in the UK. The response time was always less than 24 hours for questions to be answered and in most cases the SCRIM support team would respond within a few hours with an invite for a web conference during which any questions would be addressed whilst speaking with one of their support staff and sharing out screens.
