ScopeLink was a top rated web design and search engine optimization company according to a popular review site online which I had reached out to in order to learn about for our custom development project though we were interested in search engine optimization as well at the time. My interest at that point was to learn about their responsiveness, guarantee, pricing, verifiable client successes and anything else in terms of value which otherwise differentiated them from their competition which was highly rated as well. Their SEO pricing is available on their site as well which is fair comparatively speaking. Perhaps slightly more affordable than most SEO firms in North America at least, though they do not offer custom SEO plans which are generally the most effective method in my opinion as so many factors differ between companies it's tough to offer a one size fits all approach.

Unfortunately, when I attempted to use the form on their website it produced an error so I phoned to be in touch but did not get through directly so left a voice message regarding our project and their website error and don't believe I got a response back. I also did not find this company to be listed or accredited on the Better Business Bureau which is a nice level of transparency for a prospect to have up front. From a presales point of view, their technology stack doesn't speak well when comparing it to other highly rated development companies which utilize sophisticated technology stacks which indicates an understanding of recent design technology standards in my opinion. They had a summer offer available for their SEO plans and it is was mid-February when I contacted them so to me this either meant they probably haven't updated their site since at least the previous summer though there was no copyright notice in the footer help indicate they've been active currently. There were also no privacy policy or terms or conditions that I could see which are lawful requirement to have I believe. All of which had me curious as to whether this is the level of attention to detail is what to expect for their client projects. The case studies provided on the site for both web development and search engine optimization were good. Though there SEO Woorank was forty four out of one hundred when I checked with the average during my research around seventy five. The rankings proof they've offered on their site was impressive if true though I have a feeling the rankings were a bit outdated based on a few variables I noted which were not currently relevant such as footer keyword tags and multiple geographic tag stuffing for example, in addition to the lack of privacy and terms policies.

I acknowledge if the results are real these negative aspects would play a minor part of a client project. But in terms of offering value that completely presells a prospect prior to contacting in a company they do not pass in several key areas, but did provide some value so was glad to give the benefit of the doubt and learn more. Though I do not believe there was a response to my request for more information unless one they were one of the three voicemails which I mistakenly deleted on my new smartphone one day while learning to use Android for the first time around this time, and if so I apologize. And while there were not any red flags in regards to false claims or suspicious activity, I found their design to be behind current design standards and their pre-packaged search engine optimization plans to be outdated in terms of current variables factors relevant to ranking in search engines. Google does not utilize metatags any longer for example and one size fits all SEO aren't generally effective in my experience. Overall, this company may have been one of the best at some point in the past but they currently appear to offer old school design and outdated SEO plans.
