PRO: one of the things that I find most useful about schooldude is that it is very easy to use. Maintenance department has enjoyed the improvement of working processes and it has become more responsive and communicative. Besides, they have a very supportive customer service, that will be willing to chat with you right away.

Apparently, work orders are very difficult to delete and cannot be assigned to more than one person, there have been some complaints about that. For some specific projects tasks need to be assigned or at least tracked by more than one department, maybe this feature can be improved through updates.

It is a great product to keep maintenance tasks in order and efficiently shared and most importantly, completed. Education institutions have to deal with a lot of administrative paperwork, not to mention academic processes, and most of the time maintenance is neglected until a really big problem arises, schooldude is a useful tool for getting rid of those problems!
