ScheduleOnce is a perfect appointment scheduling solution because it is designed purposely to connect the calendar and automate scheduling. It simplified the need to communicate with the clients back and forth as you can schedule your meetings without hassles and need for frequent confirmations. The scheduler tool is simple but powerful. It relies on its integration with outlook or Google Calendar.

The design on ScheduleOnce looks nice to anyone but the interface does not. It appears to be outdated minimizing the appeal of this software. It can however be improved with slight tweaking to make it appear more modern. The other challenge is that administrator functions are not easy to learn. It requires reasonable learning time to be able to operate comfortably.

The admin tools might require a deeper level of learning but when you learn the way that its system functions, it turns to be one of the greatest scheduling tools to use more so because of well automated functions. The interface can be regarded as old but it is easy to navigate through the functions.
