What was the best part about using ScheduleAnywhere?

ScheduleAnywhere was easy to set up and use. The tools for assigning shifts and managing rotations were flexible and easy to use. Staff could access schedules, request time off and submit requests from their mobile app. Plus, we can hide schedules until we're ready to post them. For the price, it has the most functionality.

What would you change about your experience with ScheduleAnywhere?

Managers cannot make schedule changes from the mobile app. After talking to the company, it makes some sense since the program offers coverage watches, which can only be seen on the full site. Willing to let this slide.

Overall Feedback

I would recommend this product to any business that schedules 24/7 or has pre-defined shifts. If you do, you'll be very happy with ScheduleAnywhere.
