The ScheduleFlow was a product of innovation made for small to mid- size enterprises as a scheduling and management software solution. Among its functions is to aid customer management and communication mapping as well as navigation. It is a web based platform and this simply means that all schedules are to be organized, stored and managed online regardless of the time and location. The ScheduleFlow provides accurate and timely notifications to customers of updated ETA details or other necessary changes. I’m so pleased with this tool, it is a great time saver.

Its mobile platform can do with some flexibility in usage as it needs to be a lot easier to navigate. It comes with an easy to use interface if you are well versed with the tool. It came with a lot of glitches and hiccups at the initial stage due to improvements and bugs but they were all taken care of. Fantastic product it is and I recommend it.

This great tool affords me the opportunity to see my exact locations, pre- destinations as well as distances covered by my driving on each days job on a single map. I think this is an exceptional platform as I could use its map feature on Google Maps to enable me verify and pinpoint addresses when I have a new job as long as such details is imputed into the system. Another amazing function it has is that job schedules for a particular day are kept on the queue and I can use the mapping feature as my navigational tool on my smartphone while also communicating with my customers. It has great features like customizable invoice templates, quotes as well as taxes and is flexible with exports to both Xero and Quickbooks.
