In concept the software is outstanding, initial customer setup and training is wonderful, however once they get you going... right down hill... but they put up a great friendly façade!!

I would not use it or believe a word that was put forth by management. I would recover money that was lost to me ... as a direct result of using this company!

In concept this program is awesome. However, consistency and reliability are the worst I have dealt with anywhere. On the surface the team is wonderful, however they are masters at avoiding direct questions and at delaying assistance when the program does not perform accordingly, which is on a daily basis. Between Savii Connect malfunctions and the actual program, never a day goes by without a huge issue. Staff literally sit around for days while waiting for a response from Savii. They delay responding for so long that the initial problem has to be repeated numerous times. Additionally, they are professional "gaslighters", they will attempt to convince us that there is not a problem, or tell us that we are doing something wrong within the program. They have even gone as far as adding features at our request and then acting like they have always been there and the users should just "know" it. Most famous response "sent to development" or "no other users are having this issue" .. Do not buy, this program will cost you money.... billing is another major catastrophe with Savii, so many months went by without problems being addressed, that the allowed billing time expired... then Michelle attempted to blame staff that were not even employed when the issues arose.... STAY AWAY....
