I have been testing project and task management software for a couple of projects recently including this one, and it's by far the simplest and one of the most powerful of them all. I thought Trello was simple yet this is even simpler. Yet it's intuitive to learn and get started using almost instantly. You can utilize scrum or kanban methodologies easily with unlimited projects and unlimited tasks for each. There is an Android app available which is good though you can use the website as an app anywhere if you are connected to the internet. Data is secured with SSL encryption the software works across all major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari. The planning component is strong as well in that you can scroll through dates to easily see what happened previously and what the plan is next. It utilizes drag and drop functionality which is a favorite for its ease of use. If you miss tasks they are automatically updated for you. You can enable tags to categorize and assign tasks as well as keyboard shortcuts for greater efficiency. It's very easy to add notes and due dates, set email reminders, add file attachments with Google Drive or Dropbox. It's possible to setup recurring tasks and split complex milestones into lists over time.

It states that it is possible to integrate with hundreds of other apps such as Gmail, GitHub and Slack but I was unable to see how to do this in my account, and could not find the answer in their knowledge base. Unless I am mistaken I do not believe there is a native iOS mobile app currently. You can add it to your homescreen and use it as a web app but the local caching and sync capabilities would be great... though I've just learned it is possible to have offline sync without this so that nullifies this entire comment and I left it only to have enough words in this field.

This software makes it easy to plan and prioritize complex projects and tasks with a goal oriented focus super easily. The real time sync enables you to use the software offline. The pricing is very fair at five dollars per month USD and includes all features. There is a free trial with no credit card required and if you pay to upgrade and then cancel you can still view your data just not edit it. Overall, once I reach out to learn how to integrate the other apps we use for our business this should officially become the best project and task management I've discovered out of a couple dozen at least.
