Sample Profile Service

Truthfully, the only good part about working with Sample Profile Service is that any time I contacted them, even to complain, I was always able to get a hold of somebody or somebody would at least call me back within a short period of time. I appreciated this communication; however, they were never able to actually resolve my concerns so I felt any efforts were thwarted.

Where do I begin? I started using their services in 2014. I should have ran away much sooner, but I was with them for a year and a half before I finally made the right decision to leave. It seemed like a few people really knew what they were doing but the rest were informed. I always got mixed information which made it so I never knew what the best thing to do was for my business. Often times it felt like they suggested services on a generic basis and it was never specific to my customers. It also felt like they did not keep good records of the times we talked because each time I called or emailed, it was like I had to explain my business all over again. What am I paying you for if every time I talk to you it's like I am a brand new customer? Very frustrating and it was hard to see any value in this service. In retrospect, I am not sure why it took me so long to leave them but I am very happy I did.

I do not recommend Sample Profile Service at all. Maybe they have improved but either way I personally would never do business with them again and I would encourage the same to anybody comparing options right now. The best advice I can give you is to call each company multiple times and speak with different representatives prior to entering an agreement with anybody. Make sure they are looking to build a mutually-beneficial relationship and have your best interests in mind as well!
