Sample Profile Software

I suppose the best thing about Sample Profile Software is that they have not created any problems or made anything worse. To their credit, the software has satisfied my business needs but nothing has ever felt like their services greatly improved my business or my efficiency or anything like that. I have also never felt like any of their employees have "gone above and beyond" or showed any significant sign of genuine care. The relationship is very scripted and the software is nothing special.

The worst part of Sample Profile Software is their response times to support issues. Though I have never been ignored through an email communication, it often takes several days to hear back. I have actually received automated emails saying I will be contacted with 24-48 hours but then do not actually hear from someone for 3-4 business days! I expect to wait on hold when I call.

I only have experience with this one software since I am a new business so I do not have a frame of reference to compare. However, I have a standard I expect from personal and professional services and I do not feel Sample Profile Software meets this expectation. I would strongly recommend shopping around as I imagine there are better options. I have a new employee comparing options now. I would have switched earlier but as a new business, you can imagine our time is better spent on more important tasks since, as I mentioned, they have been able to meet our needs for now.
