Sametime

"Best part of the Sametime is that it Collaborates instantaneously with social media with voice, data and video. I like some of the features like Screen share, Photo Sharing and Emoticons.I really liked the screen capturing tool as well as the support to add custom emoticons and gifs to the emoticon options provided. It also supports both mobile and Desktop . Also there are lot of audio video features which one may prefer to use. "

"Though it has lot of good options which supports very good audio and Video feature, I have concern on the user interface part. User interface does not give the appealing look and has older look. There is a room for improvement when it comes to the User interface. Also I felt some more customization option should been provided to the user "
