What was the best part about using SalezShark?

This is a lifecycle based software as a service which is designed to help facilitate engagement and trust in prospects order to help grow your bottom line. It has a solid feature set including prospecting, profiling, lead nurturing, marketing automation, sales automation, 360 collaboration and data as a service. I like that contacts, leads and accounts get linked and provide you insights. I like the ability to run both email and social media marketing campaigns from your dashboard. The reporting is quite solid and enables you to gain insight and make decisions based on actionable data on your current business intelligence. It's great to have access to view prospects on social media in order to complete their profile more completely and perhaps relate to them in ways that facilitate interest and trust quicker. The data as a service module allows you to create contact and lead lists via LinkedIn, DataGuru.in, Gmail, Global Data Search and Outlook it mentioned coming soon.

What would you change about your experience with SalezShark?

I personally like to have drag and drop technology available for the sales pipeline. It's a minor feature perhaps but it it feels more productive and is quicker by seamlessly allowing you to drag a prospect from one stage of the process to the next. Unless I am mistaken somehow I didn't notice the ability to import contacts via standalone CSV or spreadsheet which makes it a huge hassle to do this manually if you are migrating CRM's with current prospects. Their website seemed to take a long time to load pages which does not affect campaigns but could be faster for a greater first impression to their prospects. When I searched for contacts from Canada in the province of Ontario where I am located there were two industries to choose from which is fine I appreciated the leads. However of the eighteen thousand contacts returned very few of them were from Ontario. It would also be nice to see other lead database integrations available though I understand this would affect the pricing as well.

Overall Feedback

There is certainly a lot of value in this software as it not only functions as a customer relationship manager but has email and social media marketing campaigns as well as analytic reporting available. Your dashboard is clean and easy to navigate but I don't find it as particularly intuitive immediately as I had with some of their competition CRM's. Though I am confident you can get into an efficient workflow once you've refined your approach and spend some time using it. The pricing of the software is quite reasonable at twenty, forty five and sixty five USD per month. And there is a free trial available so I would definitely recommend trying it out to learn if it is the best choice for your business.
