Saleszshark is the great sales tool for our business. It can easily organize the marketing campaigns, manage and create leads and even do email marketing. It has good integration with social media and makes the reports of the most important client for our business brand. They provide us day to day notifications to improve the productivity of sales and suggest the tasks for better work. The best features which I liked the most in the software are list management, contact and campaign management. It is suitable for the small and middle type of business at affordable price.

The software provides us many benefits but even have some drawbacks while using it. The first thing I noticed while working on the software is that there is no such document management feature is provided by them. Saleszshark provides us desktop form but it doesn't available in the mobile version which again a problem. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load pages due to heavy size. The software isn't able to import the contacts into spreadsheet or CSV then we have to do it physically. It should improve some of the features so that it will be suitable for the large type of business.

Saleszshark is the great tool which is useful for the small and middle type of organizations. The customer support team of this tool is really impressive as they solved our problems with good solution and in less time. But this software is not available in mobile application which must be provided by them. The dashboard is clear and simple to attract more customers towards our business. It is transparent sales tool which is easy to navigate. It includes detailed reports, notification updates and lead management features under one platform. The software is not so expensive and suitable for every kind of business.
