What was the best part about using Salesmate - CRM Software?

I found Salesmate cheap easy to use and secure CRM. I started with trial and then subscribed for paid version. Still enjoying using this tool. I use it for our sales process.

What would you change about your experience with Salesmate - CRM Software?

I am satisfied with current version. It is suitable for my business. It just needs to get improved on support and helpdesk.

Overall Feedback

Overall Salesmate is good enough to manage the process within the CRM. Previously I was unaware of some kind of features that Salesmate provides like forecasting, easy tagging, email sync. etc. I has made my owrk easier.
