Nothing I can worse about Salesfusion apart from user interface. You need some technical skills in order to learn this tool. For example if you want to pull large reports then you need have some database skills. Performance also effects when large data is pulled for reports. Customer and technical support is perfect. I have raised a query about performance and they replied me instantly. Overall it is a great tool for Online Marketing and Event Management.

Price is low as compared to other online Marketing tools. it is not an easy to use tool due to its complex interface . However, it is reliable, secure, compatible tool.
