This is a tool best to handle and manage your customers inquiries and needs. This will help you best manage and work on your customers inquiries. I am very happy that we moved to SalesForce Service, I am very confident that all inquiries are being managed, routed and escalated properly without any delays.

I do not have too much to dislike with SalesForce, I am completely satisfied with everything that I see with them. There are few slowness on the software but I see it very manageable and too big of an issue. I am not sure though if the issue is with my connection or the software itself thus no one to directly blame.

This software has perfectly exceeded my intentions of providing great customer service to my clients. All issues I need to work on on salesforce are being handled, escalated and managed very well. I do not have any issues with them and I am really glad that we get services from them. This is definitely a great way for us to handle everything right for our customers.
