Salesforce Features attracts me most is: - Social Media Integration - cloud storage - handsome dashboard - Colorful charts to distinguish data and analysis graphically - easily manageable huge client base - Custom Report Generation - Convenient Filters available to retrieve accurate data speedily - Lead details and management - Properly aligned, indexed data help immensely to the decision makers

Overloaded featured app can be sometimes hard to learn. New person might find it complex process and not so easy to learn. It is expensive for small organization. They can make the interface or GUI more user friendly. as it is cloud based app we supposed to use it anytime from anywhere but some times it is inaccessible due to its routine maintenance schedule. Integration cost is overhead and might be a reason for rejection of the application itself.

When I think about CRM the first thing come in to my mind is Salesforce. General perception is that CRM stores and manage customer details but salesforce is not limited to manage only customer details, it has many more features. Excellent support team they have, provide email as well chat support system. Billing cycle is yearly so it is also good for big organizations.
