What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
Salesforce CRM is the most trusted cloud for businesses, which can only benefit from using it. It allows companies quick and organized access to their individual records. I am working with Salesforce CRM for 1 year now, and I can tell I am pretty impressed by the opportunities it offers to businesses. My job at the beginning consisted of creating contacts, converting leads, adding opportunities to existing contacts etc, and without a lot of instructions I was able to figure out how I am supposed to do all of that in an app that was unfamiliar for me at the time. I haven’t got any trouble in working with Salesforce, because it has got at the same time excellent functionality, as well as it’s easy to use. It offers an array of options to make it easier for one business to function.
So, the best part for me of using Salesforce CRM was the app appearance and customization, and the fact that all the main tools are on a place visible that it doesn’t allow you to get confused in any moment. Also it is very easy to use, and I had no trouble finishing each project effectively and on time.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
If I can mention something that represents the bad side of working with Salesforce is the fact that there are too many tools and options and not all of them are presented immediately on the page. It didn’t present much of a problem for me personally, but it can be somewhat confusing for others. Also, it can take up a lot of time to get from one place to another, and pass too many clicks and go through multiple screens so that you can get to the required place. So, I think all the options should be clearly presented from the very glance at the page. Also, I think that the page needs improvement in terms of its design and number of apps built on its platform.
Even though it’s cheap, the cost to integrate the application and incorporating it into a company is much bigger, and exceeds the cost of the software itself.
If you're just looking for a simple project management system among a small team with only a few clients, Salesforce might not be your best option. I think Salesforce is not an app for small businesses, but it can benefit a lot for big businesses. A big concern for small business owners is that there are additional costs associated with using Salesforce beyond its core capabilities. Furthermore, if you lack the required skills to implement or customize the software, there are additional costs for you to hire developers to do it for you.
Overall Feedback
Salesforce includes account/contact/activity/opportunity management along with basic marketing campaign management.
Salesforce is fully mobile and covers every stage of the customer life-cycle, so you can close deals, log calls, and do it all from wherever you are. Using Salesforce is very easy, and that means your employees will use it, so it will be a more effective tool for your business to mobilize, and grow revenue. Salesforce is customer focused app that has all the tools you need, which allow you to stay organized, follow your customers and budget and keep track of activities from whenever you are.
