It has a neat development feature enabling a business have more than just a relationship management software I like that it works best for my medium size marketing firm and with the properly indexed information I can extract from it, I can make very informed decisions.I can easily control and manipulate large chunks of information.

Its interface leaves a lot to be desired. The team behind its development should focus on making it more user friendly. They should also make it easier to get t common functionality. It goes without saying that its console needs a make over. I have experience more simplicity while using other CRM softwares as a marketer and feel that sales force should up their game. It outlook plug at times crashes and I had to enlist the services of an it specialist to assist us

Sales process is constantly upgrading. This bring a challenge in that after you have done your customization and everyone is up to speed in using it, they may have to learn new feature that come with the upgrades. I would recommend sales for because it is made in such a way that it can grow with your company. It has features and functionality that will work well with your mid size company but will not be restrictive as you expand. As aresult , you will only need to get the upgrade as your company grows and do a bit of customization to take care of emerging needs. You will not have to purchase a complety new CRM software or undergo an expensive end to end implementation process.
