What was the best part about using Salesforce Sales Cloud?
I was using Salesforce CRM for the last few years. It is the only cloud CRM available in the market, with end to end functionality with, very first company that started SAAS model in the CRM software. Right from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Chatter, Desk.com, Heroku, Salesforce1 etc.. Salesforce grown above and beyond the traditional CRM software. As a developers, I really liked the way I can customize the software to fit as per the business requirements. It is also very flexible in managing the users and licenses. My development code is in force.com platform on Cloud, it means I can simply work on my projects from any where, any part of the world. I love Salesforce, and I am confident the way organizations serve, view address Customer.
What would you change about your experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud?
As a Salesforce user, I don't see any worst part or issues with this. As a developer, certification costs are increased to 200$. I wish they could reduce the price so that many developers can take part of it. Also there are many Dreamforce events happens in USA and as many SFDC developers are from India, I request them to arrange more sessions in India as well. Also Developer edition, should have more features like sandboxes, Changesets to replicate the same as Enterprise licenses to better practice development projects, before actually moving to production environment.

Salesforce,com is the complete Cloud solution offering with total CRM solution covering the whole customer life cycle in a organization. Right from Sales cloud to handle the core CRM, also has Service Cloud to better service a customer, Marketing Cloud with Paradot, I can have total marketing control with this product, Chatter like facebook for internal employees and customer in more secure cloud, Desk.com to more customize the customer support agents, Heroku to not only program in Apex and Visual Force, I can extend my CRM functionality in any programming language. With latest Trail Head, any one can learn the Salesforce easily. From customer point of view, this is the only CRM which is in complete cloud offering with SAAS, with end to end functionality at the same time more agile and flexible. All these features even more powerful with Salesforce1 mobile integration, that you can do any CRM related activity from your mobile device or tablet. Hence I highly recommend Salesforce.com as CRM software for any organization from just started Startup to a large organizations.
