Before I was buying so many leads and contact them one by one to see if they want my products or services, but those things are proven to be a failure by me so many times. One of the thing that I liked the most about Social Studio s they provide you a complete information for certain Leads, that maybe a company or a person. This gives me the edge to really focus on what I am doing, selling! They are so accurate in giving me the leads I need for my business. Social Studio is a platform that offers all business owners a very easy way to manage everything for them to grow their business. After testing and using the software, I've noticed that all of the process became more faster because of the fact that you have it everything all in one. The software also is giving so much important in each of your leads. Through this means, I you have lifecyle of leads. Doing the right thing using this software can make your business grown exponentially.

However, like other platforms that offers this kinds of services to us. They also have negative sides, like Social Studio software, I feel like they need to improve the software design and make it more interactive. I also would like to see them make updates always to make the software more functional and better. I mean they're still not yet perfect but I know their developers is doing everything to make all run so well.

Overall, I love the functionality of the software. It really helps you manage your business in every possible way. But I really think that they should upgrade the interface for it to be more user friendly. For the price I think they should lower the price a little bit, I think by doing that they'll gain more clients. However if you decide to use their software, I'd still love to recommend them because they are really doing their job in giving you a functional CRM platform.
