With Sales process optimizer business works great and better! Before we had Sale Process Optimizer the business was dull and fewer customers is coming in the business. But with this software, everything looks wonderful and perfect. The features are great and it is very easy and very customizable. The looks of the software are very catchy which I really like. They also give us accurate data and reports.

Using the software is perfect but on the other hand with their customer service, it is very dull and not reliable. Every time I send any issues where I need to be assisted they were just ignoring or they did not reply to it as fast as they can. It took three days when day fixed the issue.

The usage of it is really handy, makes everything perfect with also their features at the top of it. There may be issues about the customer service lately, but it doesn’t stop me from using it since it did works great it the company. The software is very much recommended to be used by everyone!
