I learned the business from great mentors from the management staff. During my short time I have gained a lot of experience and if something changes it is my overall legal experience and my ability to communicate.

Nice place to work, nice staff and the management is wonderful. There are many pluses. The only downside is that I have to wear different hats. But other than that it's a great company, it gives you a room for career growth. The work-life balance is not hard, early morning meetings, late night meetings but flexible. The salary is good and the commission is great. Job security is also high. My only advice to management is to improve the online presence.
