Sage CRM is a very prevalent customer relationship tool. Free trail is available for this tool so that it will be easy for the business to analyze whether it suits their business requirements. Also no credit card required for this. This is the fantastic tool which allows the user to use modular application. This tool is also capable of forming the clone of the current CRM into the dashboard. The advanced customize features of this tool is the differentiating factor with the other CRM tools available in the market. Customization of the tool is not in line with the price of the tool. I required more fields to be customizable as per my business requirement but customer support service is not very helpful to guide. There is also the lack of social media tools like Linkedin The integration part is the little bit tricky and require more time. The dashboard also has limited features. Moreover, MIS reports can be exported only in CSV format. No other format for report extraction is available in this tool.

Sage CRM is more suited for small and midsized business having only in-house operations and no involvement of overseas business operations. It is built for the companies which are growing and expanding at the fast pace with skilled workforce. This skill staff configure the tool properly and can scale this toll to hundreds. Mobile marketing option is also possible with Sage CRM. All the critical data and information can be saved for further customer engagement. Overall it is very attractive software having the variety of features.
