Once posted, records cannot be corrected or modified. I wonder if this is an industry-wide standard to prevent fraud, waste or abuse. But it needs to be revisited. What if a customer changes his mind and wishes to enlarge his order? What if a customer changes her name with a marriage or divorce? What if an unforeseen event happens and either the product or the receiver has to change issue or receiving dates?
