This program offers a great deal of different features that make it easy to stay on top of your finances, as well as what is going on economically in the world around you. All of the information that I need can be easily accessed, although it occasionally takes some time to get there (lots of time scrolling through pages that were not necessarily so essential). It makes payroll, management, inventory control, and keeping track of accounts much easier, without a whole lot of hassle on my part.

This program takes far too long to learn how to use. It is not as though I am unfamiliar with similar programs—I have used many different ones in the past—but this one in particular took me a great deal of time to get used to. Customer service didn’t offer much help when I sent them questions; I found their responses often to be confusing. It was all figured out in the end, but it took a while to get there, especially in the beginning. Additionally, it is Australian focused. This isn’t a major problem, but it would be nice to see it geared toward companies from around the world, rather than one geographical region. It would have made it a little easier to use SAASU.

I was pretty impressed with the functionality of this program. The fact that it is cloud based is a definite plus, and probably one of the key features that will encourage me to keep it. It works well and saves my company a great deal of time, without having to put in too much hassle. I think that this is a good option for pretty much anyone looking for a program that works without costing too much. It’s not difficult to use, but customer service also makes it very easy to sort out any problems that you may have.
