Early communication before the issues started

I would change the lack of accountability, the missed deadlines, and the way critical production issues were handled. Issues—especially those related to payments—should be resolved immediately with clear ownership instead of shifting blame

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing and stressful. I was promised the Android version more than a week ago, yet until now, I have not received any build or clear progress update. The issue did not stop at delays. Serious problems were caused in the existing iOS version, which disrupted my business, resulted in real financial losses, caused embarrassment with my customers, and placed significant mental and emotional pressure on me.
