This was one of the full service digital marketing agencies we reached out to with a wide variety of services offered including search engine optimization and web design. And I am never usually blown away by web design nowadays but I must say their home page is one of the single coolest websites I have ever seen, if not the coolest. Wow! Nice work. One could almost use their home page digital web like water animation for a meditation. This is enough to attract top quality web design clients certainly. Though I have reached out to them specifically in regards to our forthcoming SEO campaign and was interested in their pre-sales responsiveness, current knowledge of SEO with regards to ecommerce, pricing, guarantee and overall value offered prior to our investment in the best provider for us. Judging by the couple of reviews on the GlassDoor site they are a terrific company to work for and certainly pay their team more than most of the companies I have seen. I like seeing that they treat their team well I think this shows a lot of commitment to being an excellent well rounded company. They have outstanding case studies available and a few for each of their services which also goes a long ways in my books. They provide key performance metrics for each of these campaigns so that's great. And they are Google Partner certified which I like to see from companies offering pay per click advertising management.

Unfortunately I did not find this company to be in the Better Business Bureau which to me is the quickest way for a prospect to trust their company implicitly. I honestly prefer to see companies listed with a few complaints if they have resolved rather them rather than nothing here at all. Though I do acknowledge having found several other positive reviews online including Google and GlassDoor which together with the other credibility they offer to prospects being enough to reach out to learn more certainly.

I was looking forward to learning more information from this company but I do not believe that they responded to my contact form submit on their site. If I am mistaken and missed a voicemail perhaps as I purchased a new smartphone during the same week and recall accidentally deleting three voicemails as a result of learning Android for the first time. And if so then I apologize but when I searched my email for variations of their company name and went through the emails received within two days of my submission I didn't see any email response at all. However perhaps there was a miscommunication or glitch in the system. And we have narrowed down our selection already to a couple of finalists for our business so it won't work this time around. But I would still recommend this company. They meet nearly all of my presales criteria. And not being in the BBB is not a deal breaker in my opinion. There are several positive reviews for this company on other sites available. And the quality of their own site, portfolio and case studies speak themselves. They are truly outstanding and I would love to circle around one day to perhaps work with this company to design our site and help support it with their digital marketing services.
