Robly

Robly is an email marketing software as a service with some really interesting and unique features in their market and I have been testing quite a few in my research so far and it's always nice when a company pleasantly surprises you with the value in their offer. Robly has fairly standard features otherwise but three key features definitely differentiate this one. The OpenGen technology is cool because it will first send a regular email campaign to your subscriber base but it will then follow up with prospects on your list who did not open the initial email a day or two later. Another feature called Robly AI will send this email the moment they open their inbox which is outstanding. This is based on collective data measured across subscriber usage and stunningly precise they say on their website. And finally after six months you can enable a Intelliset technology which will eliminate sends to completely disengaged subscribers who never open your emails. Which helps your inbox deliverability rates go up because the latest email algorithms tailor their SPAM filers towards user engagement. So by removing users who never are never engaged by their reports can help you to see dramatically better percentages of emails landing in subscriber inboxes. The user interface is quite nice in terms of look and feel. The dashboard is clean and straightforward to use and begin using quickly. Everything makes sense in terms of layout and admin settings. The pricing is slightly lower than IContact, Aweber, GetResponse, MailChimp, MadMimi and ConstantContact for fifty thousand subscribers and they make a point of stating that your price will never change on their website so that is truly reassuring and nice touch to their pricing model for the end user. Their plans range from $15 per month for the basic plan which includes one OpenGen email per month. The middle plan at $29 includes unlimited OpenGen emails, autoresponders and Robly AI notably. While the Ultimate plan at $79 per month gets you help setting up your account as well as a deliverability audit which I think would be great to have after there was a history and you were about to or just had implemented the Intelliset technology into your campaigns.

I usually worry about email deliverability rates from smaller email service providers for good reason. They are not as established and usually do not have the whitelisting standards of Aweber or MailChimp. But the Robly AI, Intelliset and OpenGen technology add up to equal or be a greater delivery rate I believe, in my opinion they are that amazing but I can not say quite yet as I just bumped into this great company tonight and am still learning my way around before we kick off our campaign once our Valentines sweepstakes ends on February 4th. We've added over two thousand subscribers in the last couple of weeks so this is an exciting option to consider moving forward. I wish these features were available standard across the board for all email service providers that's perhaps the only thing not to like. To be honest I like the editor in ExpressPigeon better it's the easiest and smoothest I've ever used. But there's not a large difference in the quality I am completely happy with the performance of the form designer and email editor in Robly.

As I am researching the best email service for our company moving forward with a list of just under five thousand though we've just re-launched and are looking to scale Robly is a very interesting prospect for us to consider. The pricing seems fair. There are a lot of pre-made templates available which are very nice. The editor and campaign setup is all very straight forward and easy to use. But those three features the Robly AI, OpenGen and Intelliset are absolutely incredible are what differentiate this platform from the rest.
