This analytics app was designed to be fully mobile and be used on iOS and Android devices whether smartphones or tablets. The reports come in a variety of types and are highly visual which I like a lot. You can customize reports as well as schedule it to update with the most current data from your selected sources. It integrates with a number of data sources from which you can upload data and turn into a visual form. The feature which differentiates it most is the ability to create content around your data in order to place it into an insightful context which you can share or publish online.

When you first open the app it shares a few slides which are a broad overview of it. Then you are asked to click either get started or see examples. When I clicked see examples it moves to what appears to be a blank screen with a couple of icons tucked away in the top left corner. I believe there should be a popup to say click here to see examples or something similar. A minor issue as I have had enough experience to not be swayed by this much empty screen. But it would appear to be an error to some people I believe as it could be clearer and therefore engaging. It also wasn't immediately clear that I had to create a password to login initially. I signed up and then a day later went to use the software to learn more and it took me about fifteen minutes to get the steps correctly which is too much time. Not a reflection of the software functionality but I have used hundreds of software and not many make it a challenge just to get started. To their credit, there are videos to help you out and they state to give them a call in their trial follow up email as well I just didn't think to utilize these to help me log into their app.

This is a terrific app for creating unlimited reports which are very visual and customizable. The data you can integrate covers all of the standard types and sources most businesses will need. The pricing is very reasonable considering you can create an unlimited amount of reports. This differentiates it from another I've just tried which was great too but had limits to the number of reports you could create per month. The ability to create a context by adding insight or the story behind the data is what I like about this app the most. I'm glad to have discovered it and tested it out. I'm likely to use it for a number of projects moving forward and will gladly recommend it to others.
