I have used this form long time now and have found this tool very helpful and easy to maintain and keep track of the all my team members in and effective manner as I can track their performance at any time and help them to improve themselves which is, in turn, a benefit to the organisation.

So far I have not found any issues with Rivalry as we have following it up and found it a really good platform to manage our conversations with our team members. However I would advise if you can improve your online support and user guide would help us to get the better results.

The Rivalry has given the best platform where you can plan and execute and do the follow up of what you convert last with your team members. With the help proper follow up using Rivalry it makes things very easy to find at the time of the second / third conversation.It has helped to improve the productivity of the team members as can keep track of what was discussed earlier and what are results after some time.
