This company was referred by a popular digital marketing review site online so I reached to learn if they were a good fit for our ecommerce based search engine optimization project. Their approach was technical based and this was awesome to see and differentiated their company from a lot of others which I checked out. They were Better Business Bureau listed with no complaints in the last three years which was good to see. They were Google Partner certified which I was able to verify to help their credibility. They had a strong list of current clients some of which were recognizable brands. And there were case studies available for a variety of their services with key performance metrics available from each which I really appreciated. They were quite active in social media channels which indicated that they were currently active. They were currently hiring for a lot of positions which I liked seeing as an indicator that this company was experiencing success with their clients. They had several other awards and recognition as well which I appreciated seeing. They had a strong educational component available which helped me to learn but also understand their current level of knowledge in their industry which was excellent.

Their SEO Woorank was sixty nine which is acceptable but below the average of about seventy five during my research. And indicated they were missing a XML sitemap which was odd as that is pretty standard for SEO in my experience. I believe it would be beneficial to them if they had a text field available in their online submit form to allow prospects to convey more about their needs up front. This would be more efficient for all parties involved in taking the next steps. Currently it only asks for your industry beyond the standard contact information but I could have shared more about our project than this rather than them risk the chance of phone or email tag in order to get take this first step towards working together.

This company passed all of my presales criteria with flying colors which was rare during my research. So I was looking forward to their response to my request through their submit form online to learn more from a representative directly. And I did receive a very prompt response from their team which I appreciated. However after communicating with the owner of our company we had decided to go in another direction so had to pass on this company. Though I sincerely believe they are a terrific company which can help you grow your presence and bottom line.
